Data protection
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679) and the amended French Data Protection Act (Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978), Winheberg undertakes to protect the personal data of its users.
Your rights
Every user holds the following rights over their personal data:
- Right of access: obtain confirmation that data concerning you is being processed, and obtain a copy of it
- Right to rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
- Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data in certain circumstances

Use of data
Winheberg does not publish, exchange, transfer, assign or sell its users' personal data to third parties without technical necessity or a legal basis. Data may nonetheless be processed by providers strictly necessary to the delivery of the services (payments, hosting, support, network protection, security, audience measurement or service tooling), in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations.
Databases are protected under the French Act of 1 July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
Intellectual property
All content on winheberg.com (text, images, graphics, logos, icons, software and so on) is protected by French and international intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification or adaptation, in whole or in part, of these elements is prohibited without the prior written consent of Winheberg, with the exception of private copying intended for the exclusive use of the copier (Article L122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code).
