Promise unrealistic uptime without a safety net.
Outages happen. We handle them quickly and communicate clearly about cause and resolution.
Impose hidden commitments.
No 12-month contract buried in the terms. You're free to leave whenever you want.
Display performance specs that aren't real.
The specs we advertise match what the machine actually delivers. No inflated numbers to look good on a page.
Claim certifications that are not ours.
When an ISO certification applies to the datacenter, we state it clearly. We never present it as a company-wide Winheberg certification.
Overload machines at the expense of quality.
We don't pack servers to maximize margin. Each machine is sized to meet its commitments without hurting the neighbors.
Raise prices without notice.
If we need to change a rate, you're informed in advance, clearly. We don't sneak in price hikes.
Sell unlimited resources
Unlimited CPU, unlimited RAM, and unlimited storage do not exist. We size each plan clearly based on its use.
Complicate the refund process to discourage it.
A refund should stay simple. We don't add unnecessary steps to discourage the request, except in case of suspected fraud.
Outages
Yeah, it goes down sometimes.
No host runs at 100%. Neither do we. When it breaks, it shows on the status page within a minute. What's affected, since when, and when it's fixed.

You try it, it's not right, you write to us, it's refunded. No hidden deadline, no form to fill out, no "we'll review your case". We'd rather have a happy customer elsewhere than a trapped one here.
